Our ethos and approach as a principal contract  to complete project delivery is different from the industry norm as it starts with a full understanding of our customers exacting requirements and aspirations beyond design and specification, form or function.

 

We achieve this by focusing on the development of a bespoke delivery model that we are confident will meet your specific needs including integrating the process of new construction works onto your existing operational  campus without disrupting your day to day business activity and without generating any operational conflict, compromise or adversity.

 

We do this by matching our proposals for people, programme and methodologies to your specific business and operational requirements. We are confident because after successfully developing and refining this approach of full customer engagement, we have successfully implemented this model generating valuable repeat business over the last number of year with prominent industry clients such as;

 

  • Alpine F1, Whiteways Technical Centre at Enstone, the continuous delivery of multiple capital projects totalling c £40m over the last 10 years.
     

  • Multiple site development for the design, development and construction of Electric Vehicles for Arrival in Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire representing a spend with EPScm of c£15m
     

  • Undertaking building extensions and alterations works to fully occupied and operational premises for Honda Motorsport in Milton Keynes.

     

We have the working knowledge, experience and expertise to deliver any project either within or adjacent to client occupied space without disruption, contamination or migration of nuisance normally associated with construction activity. This is delivered without compromise to your existing site wide operations, your time-line or qualitative requirements.

 

Our understanding is that Phase 2 requires the development and delivery of an appropriate facility to meet your needs from RIBA stage 2/3 to completion and operational readiness as both form and function of the building have already been established with outline planning consent granted. We further understand that site wide infrastructure is already in place and fully operational and needs to remain so completely uninhibited by the additional works required to complete Phase 2.

 

However, the already operational phase 1 facility incorporates ongoing manufacturing operations and the facility also welcomes GMA’s own VIP’s, clients and sponsors so there are a number of sensitivities connected with the further development of this site.

 

We provide a full design service as part of a Design and Build solution or alternatively we can connect GMA with a design team that have a proven automotive  and motorsport industry track record. With the collaboration of our specialist supply chain we can introduce innovation and efficiencies proven elsewhere or co-developed these on a bespoke design basis.

 

Our tried and tested delivery methodologies and logistics proposals will satisfy the needs of your stakeholders that currently own existing operations for GMA at Windlesham.

 

We can co-develop a holistic development solution for your phase 2 if required, but it all starts with a conversation, which we would very much welcome.
